FORKLIFT TYRE MEASUREMENTS Three measurements are required: ~the diameter ~the tyre base width; and ~the wheel diameter If the tyre is worn that size markings cannot be read, the size can be determined by measuring the width of the tyre's base band (W) and the inside of the base band (J).
